Service Management Professional

I've been working as a Service Manager in the IT industry for more than eight years now. I've always been driven by a deep commitment to making my clients' experiences the best they can be. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of clients across numerous IT disciplines. The last four years, my focus as a Service Manager has been predominantly in the realm of delivering and managing Digital Workspace Services, with internal and external suppliers.

My experience has taught me the importance of adapting to different environments and applying best practices in unique situations. I'm well-versed in crafting service level agreements, leading diverse teams, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. One of my strengths is being able to analyze performance metrics and transform that data into actionable insights.

I truly believe that effective communication and collaboration are the heart of a successful team. As a leader, I focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving to motivate and guide my team towards reaching their full potential and delivering amazing results.
